Resep: Enak Hotteok

Hotteok. Hotteok is a street food in Korea. It's a flat bread filled with yumminess. Although my recipe may differ from the traditional ones, my family craves it all the time.

It's crispy outside and inside is filled with sweet gooey indulgence! Kamu dapat Mempersiapkan Hotteok dengan menggunakan 12 bahan dan 12 langkahnya. Beginilah cara masaknya.

Bahan-bahannya yaitu Hotteok

  1. Kamu siapkan 90 gr dari susu cair.
  2. Kamu dapat 25 gr dari gula pasir.
  3. Kamu bisa 40 gr dari tape singkong.
  4. Kamu dapat 3 gr dari ragi.
  5. Kamu dapat 50 gr dari tepung ketan.
  6. Kamu dapat 200 gr dari tepung terigu.
  7. Kamu bisa dari Bahan isian.
  8. Kamu dapat 40 gr dari kacang tanah.
  9. Kamu siapkan 190 gr dari gula pasir.
  10. Kamu dapat 60 gr dari gula palem/gula merah.
  11. Kamu dapat 8 gr dari bubuk kayu manis.
  12. Kamu dapat Sejumput dari garam.

Today I'm sharing my sweet tooth love with you. I'm here to present my Korean sweet pancakes (Hotteok, Hoddeok or Hodduk, 호떡) recipe! It makes a tasty snack or dessert, and could even be enjoyed at breakfast! Hotteok, hoddeok or dodduk, is a flour pancake filled with sugar, cinnamon, and peanuts.

Hotteok langkah-langkah

  1. Susu, gula dan ragi kita tuang ke dalam wadah..aduk2 biarkan ragi aktif dulu..susu nya di angetin yaa.
  2. Kalo udah berbuih masukin tape nya dan aduk2 sampe tape nya hancur.
  3. Masukin tepung ketan dan aduk2..lalu masukin lagi terigunya..uleni pake tangan aja gk perlu sampe kalis yg penting tercampur..karna dia teksturnya agak lengket2 gitu.
  4. Lalu kita diamkan 15 menit, tutup pake plastik/ kain...
  5. Setelah 15 menit kita uleni lagi dan biarkan 15 menit lagi..ulangi cara ini 3-4x.
  6. Sementara itu kita siapin bahan isian..kacang tanah di sangrai dan di tumbuk..lalu campur semua bahan isian jadi 1 negara.
  7. Campur semua dan aduk2.
  8. Adonan udah diap di bagi2..aku potong jadi 16 bagian.
  9. Bentuk bulat2 abis itu di pipihkan trus masukin isian dan tutup.
  10. Tutup biasa aja di rekat kan ya, lakukan sampe selesai..trus panasin minyak.
  11. Goreng deh sambil di pipihkan gitu..jgn lupa di bolak balik ya.
  12. Finish...siap di santap. Selamat mencoba dan menikmati.
