Resep: Sempurna Rengginang

Rengginang. Rengginang or ranginang is a kind of Indonesian thick rice cracker, made from cooked glutinous sticky rice and seasoned with spices, made into a flat and rounded shape, and then sun-dried.   5. Selagi panas cetak bulat2 ketan sambil di padatkan dan jgn terlalu tebal sekitar 0,5cm saja.
  6. Jemur di bawah sinar matahari selama 2-3hari sampai benar2 kering sambil di bolak-balik...
  7. Panaskan minyak goreng yg banyak.. goreng rengginang 1 persatu sambil sesekali di siram2 dgn minyak agar rengginang mengembang dan renyah... angkat dan tiriskan..
  8. Jika sdh dingin simpan di toples dan sajikan...
